Ambition
The ambition of the TRADE-OFFS project is to help policymakers and public agencies, social partners, public employers and other relevant stakeholders such as advocacy groups and NGOs support the career trajectories of parents, in ways that are equitable and sustainable for individuals, families, employers, and societies.
