Project nr. 10746
Project leader Ragni Hege Kitterød

Mannsutvalget aims to create a report on gender equality challenges among boys and men in Norway and seeks results from recent data on attitudes towards gender roles and gender equality among different parts of the Norwegian population. This project will provide descriptive analyses of relevant questions from the "CORE Survey 2022 - Likestillingsundersøkelsen", which was conducted by the Institute for Social Research in the spring of 2022. The survey captures attitudes towards a wide range of gender equality issues, including perceptions of gender equality challenges among boys and men. For each of the relevant questions, the distribution of responses is shown according to characteristics such as gender, age, education, place of residence, and voting behavior. The results are presented in a report with annotated tables and figures.
