Economist doing research on wage issues, sickness absence, and employer behaviour

Harald Dale-Olsen holds a PhD (dr. polit.) in economy from the University of Oslo. His research focus is on employees’ response to wages and non-wage amenities, union issues and social interaction, and how these issues affect employers. Dale-Olsen’s research is published in national and international journals and books. He has previously been editor of the Norwegian Journal of Working Life Studies and is still a member of the journal’s editorial board.
