The Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act requires all employers to work actively, targeted, and systematically to promote equality and prevent discrimination in the workplace. As a result of this, the Institute is obliged to map the situation, assess the risk and implement measures to strengthen equality and combat discrimination. The reports account for ISF's work with the follow-up of the activity and reporting obligation as well as the status of the follow-up of the institute's action plan for equality and diversity.
The report has two parts. First, an account of the actual state of gender equality, then an overview of the Institute's work for equality and against discrimination as well as areas of development.
The report has been discussed with elected representatives and in the management group. The report is presented to the Board and made available on the Institute's website.
