Voting

Project Aim

The aim of the project is to map the extent to which people with disabilities in practice have an equal opportunity to vote, what the municipalities do to design the polling stations so that all voters actually can vote, and how the municipal decisions on polling station accessibility and suitability are made.

Project Approach

The study is carried out at the 2021 parliamentary elections, and includes questionnaires sent to all municipalities, as well as interviews and observations of polling stations in selected municipalities.
