Project Purpose
The purpose of the project has been to explore possible connections between housing and other welfare areas using the new housing register of Statistics Norway. The project has also used an internal noise register of Statistics Norway, which calculates noise exposure for all residents in Norway at housing level.
The project has been divided into three sub-projects:
- Subproject 1: Living conditions and educational and labor market outcomes for children and young adults
- Subproject 2: Disadvantaged groups in the housing market – dynamics and state dependence
- Subproject 3: Housing as a dependent variable.
