Challengers of Nordic Labour Market
The project aims at analysingthe ongoing change in the distribution of jobs in the Nordic labour markets.What types of jobs are created? What types of jobs are lost? The overarching objective of the project is to add to our understanding of how changes in the demand for labour affect the Nordic job composition in terms of "good" and "bad" jobs, defined either by the level of qualification (skills) or by the level of pay. Is job creation occuring mainly at the top of the qualification ladder? Is there an increase or rather a decline in jobs in the middle and especially at the bottom end? What is the quality of the jobs that are lost, in terms of qualification and in terms of pay?
