Gendered patterns of competence and hireability

This work package studies gendered patterns of competence and hireability. 

MAIN OBJECTIVE:

To examine whether gender inequality can be explained as the result of systematic differences in the perception of women’s and men’s competence and hireability.

METHOD AND DATA:

Survey experiment among tenured academic staff in Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
